This past year I needed an attorney for a first time DUI. (And, hopefully the only time DUI) My mom found Mr. Deniz online, and called his office right away. Spouse had a DUI (unfortunately, not the first). We left message with Mark's office to contact us to see if we could/would retain him. Whomever left message for him 'transposed' our phone number but he we went out of his way by going back to his office phone to see which numbers had called earlier. I’m sure he has enough clients and he could have just not contacted us or waited for us to call back.
