Highly recommend Stephen Lowry and his office. I have used him for multiple transactions and he is knowledgeable, reliable, and most importantly fair. While other closing attorney's continue to raise their fees, Stephen has been consistent and fair. I will continue to use and recommend anyone I know who has a need for real estate closings to use them as well.
Steve and his team are amazing! They have managed the art of streamlining a process while still actually explaining everything that even first time buyers need to know. I just left a closing with another attorney, and was shocked at the difference. They have been the Key Realty Team's go to attorney for years, and now I remember why!
I would not recommend using this firm for your closing. I paid $400 for HOA information through them and never received it. When I reached out via email to resolve the matter it was ignored. Stay away if you can.
The best closing attorney I've ever closed properties through. Although I'm sure Steve is great for first time home buyers, I cannot recommend him enough to real estate investors who want a streamlined closing with great pricing.
Very dissatisfied with agreements made that were never carried out or even started. Waited for more than a month. Greed for money drives people to make promises and over book clients. I do not recommend this law firm, there are plenty of others to choose from.
