I had the worst experience in Customer Service with this Company, delaying my Closing for 5 days, because of an error from their Part , asking me for more money after I signed with the Notary that se send me , while she was on Vacation and still is , not leaving anybody in her office to finish the Job .I am still waiting on the HUD signed by both parties to connect my Utilities, my Water was disconnected ,she send me a HUD from another Client .She collected my Homeowners Insurance but didn’t pay yet , I didn’t get my Survey ... read more
Another amazing closing in the books ! Lissette is the best in the game she really goes to bat for you and makes everything so simple and smooth. I would never buy or sell a house without her on my side. Thank you another great closing.
I Consulted with many attorneys before choosing Lisette Blanco. She immediately made me feel comfortable about a formidable situation I was in and provided in great detail the steps we’d take to eradicate it. She’s friendly, quick to respond, and a “bulldog” attorney if you will. I knew she was going to fight for my best outcome and she did! I will be using her for ALL of my future investment properties. Thank you for all you did and continue to do.
This woman is the most unprofessional closing/escrow agent of all time. She has really done me dirty (to say the least) and I have been suffering for it. I should have read the reviews before working with her. I should have seen the red flags which included an extreme amount of misspellings and many other errors on all of her documents and her inability to respond to phone calls or emails.
This company is incredibly disorganized, never answer the phone, and are impolite. All they do is email back, and they don't do that well either. They don't explain anything, their grammar is poor and they don't spell things correctly, and I just don't understand how they got a law degree. Don't go here.
