I went to meet her and was charged $150 consultation fee after talking to her for about 30mins. I was not informed about this consultation fee prior to meeting with her in her office. I notified her immediately that I didn't know about this and she didn't offer any form of compromise. While, I understand that some attorneys charge a fee for the first consultation, it would have been nice to know this prior to going to her office.
