Unfair billing practices and no actual legal help I hired this attorney for unbundled services and had a terrible experience. We only spoke for 53 minutes, during which she provided zero actual help with my case—she simply walked me through how to fill out a financial sworn statement, which I already knew how to do. To make matters worse, she is now billing me for an extra hour of "hearing preparation." She did absolutely no preparation for my hearing.
