My Court case went smoothly. My attorney begged me to obtain the collection with his firms collection department even though I had a collection agency that I was very pleased with. I agreed. Big mistake. This firms collection department is lazy and irresponsible. Jeffrey Basher handled my collection. It's been years and I have never seen a dime of the money owed to me. I tried to get my former attorney who begged me to employ his firms collection department and he could have cared less!
This firm took the unfounded allegations of misconduct by me towards a fellow tenant (female) and gave me no opportunity to rebut those allegations before evicting me from my residence of 10 years.
