Amidst a drawn out and dreadful temporary custody case, we were unhappy with our previous counsel and decided to terminate them from the case. I hired Ken to represent me in a family court contempt hearing, and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed in the outcome and the representation I received. Despite clear violations of my due process rights — including the opposing party being awarded attorney’s fees that were never requested in the original motion — my attorney failed to object or preserve the issue.
