I asked for her help with a first party special needs trust. After the death of my mother in March. We sold her home, and the funds were to go into an estate account. I found myself asking her questions that "she" as the attorney should have been asking me! She never once tried to contact me via phone. It wad all done by text. Which made me uncomfortable also.
