However, after receiving a substantial retainer, Mr. Tellez was incommunicado, even after countless attempts to gain telephone and in-person contact. Since I am not an attorney and did not understand court procedure, he took the time to sit with me and explain the process I was going to go through. He came very highly recommended and I would definitely recommend them as well.
