I was falsely arrested and was charged with three Class C felonies (each count has a 5-15 year term on conviction) in the State of New York. Jonathon and his team decided the best approach was to work with the District Attorney and explain that the charges were fallacious. Ultimately, the charges were dismissed in full, without ever having to appear before a grand jury, and the decision to not be contentious (i.e.- file motions and hold hearings) turned out to be correct
