Rosenberg really did the job that was given to him. I came to him with a lost case and wanted to appeal, paid the fee, he did his research, made a 300+ page document summary, explained to me every step of the way to help me understand, appeared in court and presented my case to the appeals court and reversed the decision of that was previously made. I was falsely arrested and was charged with three Class C felonies (each count has a 5-15 year term on conviction) in the State of New York. Jonathon and his team decided the best approach was to work with the District Attorney and explain that the charges were fallacious. Ultimately, the charges were dismissed in full, without ever having to appear before a grand jury, and the decision to not be contentious (i.e.- file motions and hold hearings) turned out to be correct
