A few months ago, a family member had a consultation with attorney Analy, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. She was unprepared and unprofessional. Throughout the $250, 30-minute consultation, she repeatedly stepped out every 10–15 minutes, which further cut into the already limited time. Extremely disappointed.
Pleased to say this office has excellent customer service. There are nothing but hard working and caring individuals working here. Highly recommend John and his staff to handle your case. (Altamente recomendado)
