I reached out to these attorneys as I had read their page and was interested by a comment on the Covid laws in Iowa and how that “dog won’t hunt here in Tennessee.” Evidently they don’t hunt at that office either as I have a cut and dried willful negligence case against my employer which therefore cause my wife, who is still in ICU, my father, who is still admitted, my mom and I who were able to avoid the hospital but not without repercussions from the negligence of my employer.
