Had an appointment set for Tuesday which she rescheduled for the following Tuesday due to a case. She either forgot she had a case, or deliberately pushed me to the side as not urgent. The secretary calls again to reschedule the time. Thats 2 strikes alrrady (btw thanks for making me feel irrelevant). In person they ask for ID which I find shady.
