I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with my experience with James Kocka. After paying a hefty retainer, I was left high and dry when it mattered most. On the day of my court hearing, he simply didn’t show up. I felt completely abandoned at such a critical moment. I tried contacting him multiple times leading up to the court date, but communication was virtually non-existent. I had a wonderful experience with James Kocka as my defense attorney. He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, maintained excellent communication, and made the process much smoother than I imagined. He was very professional and friendly. Great to work with - I highly recommend James Kocka. I may just get in trouble again just so I can work with him again (kidding, of course).
This guy is an absolute CROOK. PAID FOR REPRESENTATION AND HE DIDNT SHOW UP FOR COURT!! failed to Do literary ANYTHING we discussed prior to Court date. If you need a lawyer, go To mcdonals and hire the Hamburgler…..he will be more professional and reliable then this joke of an office
I have used Mr. Kocka as well as a few people i know. I went into a case thinking of using a certain defense, but Mr Kocka gave me his advice, which was contradictory to my plan. I took his advice, and it worked out perfectly. No matter what your situation may be, if you're looking for a lawyer who wants to fight and win for his clients, this is the guy to call.
