He defended me well I was looking at 8yr prison term that he almost walked free on but wind up doing 2yrs on a F2 drug trafficking charge as long as you have the money to pay him I highly recommend him for criminal cases

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with my experience with James Kocka. After paying a hefty retainer, I was left high and dry when it mattered most. On the day of my court hearing, he simply didn’t show up. I felt completely abandoned at such a critical moment. I tried contacting him multiple times leading up to the court date, but communication was virtually non-existent. I had a wonderful experience with James Kocka as my defense attorney. He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, maintained excellent communication, and made the process much smoother than I imagined. He was very professional and friendly. Great to work with - I highly recommend James Kocka. I may just get in trouble again just so I can work with him again (kidding, of course).
