I'd been putting off creating a Living Trust for years. Jim Ward and his staff made the process as simple and straightforward as possible. I have rated The Law Offices of James A. Ward 4-Stars only because of the cost. Perhaps the fees for creating and modifying a Living Trust are uniform throughout the industry.
