Jack was recommended by a family member for our custody case. Warm and compassionate on our first meeting but that will never make up for how the case progressed and the fallout of his behavior. Highly disappointed. Had worked successfully with Jack on a case the end of 2018, beginning of 2019. Tried to work with him again in 2020 and it's been an utterly disappointing nightmare. I'm out a lot of precious time and money and have nothing to show for it. He never filed the paperwork with the court that we met several different times to fill out, but he still hasn't filed it over a year later, and certainly not for lack of trying and following up on my part. Jack isn't just THE BEST family law attorney, he's an absolutely wonderful human being. It would be great if I could either get my money back,or something resolved with my grandparent case.Refile payment in March still nothing.Repeatedly does not return texts, and phonecalls.If you cannot follow through with what you were hired to do, then I'd like a refund at this point.I have been more than patient and provided helpful information to help my case.
