After going through court Gary was able to knock down my charge to transporting a handgun improperly. He was also able to get me a PBJ meaning Probation Before Judgment with no felony conviction, considering this was my first offense. Greatest Lawyer – Gary Gerstenfield is the best lawyer in the world! I was charged with a DUI after I struck a parked car. No one was hurt but me, thank goodness. But I had a broken pelvis and two fractured ribs. I was taken to a hospital where a blood test showed that I was a .24. I made a big mistake driving and I will never drivve after drinking ever again.
