I had a work comp case with the state of Illinois and was getting absolutely nowhere until I got in touch with Matt Kennedy at the Law offices of Frederick Nessler. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Matt also was always honest and to-the-point every step of the way. Reviewed my case, Faren, took my information, the call back was negative and disappointing. The "lawyer " called me and said it would be too expensive to present. THEN, two months later they send me a communication that their administration staffing had changed. And they should have notified me .And I may have a valid case but the statute of limitations might be a problem. Great. How these inept or corrupt firms exist is beyond me. Don't bother with this firm. Seek better counsel.
