I was arrested for a ridiculous charge of trespassing and false ID to a cop. My attorney was able to dismiss the trespassing charge and was able to get a fine of which I am able to make payments on. I never had to go to court, I never missed a day of work. They worked around my schedule and were very helpful in every aspect of my case. I would definitely recommend their services to a friend.

Able to stay out of custody – I am a returning client. I was being charged with failure to register as a sex offender something that happened many years ago. I was assigned a public defender and my offer was 16 months. I then hired Law Offices of Earl Carter and was able to stay out of custody and I pled to 178 days on weekends. If it were not for attorney fighting for me I would of lost everything.

The Private Investigator was addressed all our concerns and answered any questions. He was always available to speak with us and we ever felt rushed.

I hired The Law of Offices of Earl Carter about 2 years ago to take care of my husbands felony case (Possession of a Controlled Substance) I am very pleased with this office they got my husband PC 1000 they don't realize how much they helped me and my family I have recommended them to all my family and friends. My husband was arrested again for the same type of case as before I immediately ran to the Law Offices of Earl Carter for help again.

I was very pleased with the Law Offices of Earl Carter for getting me a dismissal on a traffic citation. I had hired another attorney prior to hiring the Carter Firm and they didn't seem to understand the situation I was in. But the Law Offices of Earl Carter knew exactly what I needed done and helped me a lot by getting the dismissal for me. I am a truck driver so I couldn't have a point on my license.

I was very Happy with the attorney that took care of my case. He fought for my felony petty theft with prior case be reduced down to a misdemeanor. I supervise several McDonalds so I couldn't have a Felony on my record but they fought strongly to get me a misdeamenor which prosecutor agreed to do after attorneys hard work. I was so happy with them I even gave the whole office free coupons to eat at McDonalds for free...

won my dui trial!! – i would like to thank my attorney carlos ramos from earl carter and associates for wining my recent dui cace! it went all the way to trial my lawer was frendley knoligeable and put up a damn good argument. he saved my job and i couldent be more greatfull. thank you carlos ramos!!!

Happy with the Law Offices of Earl Carter – Am very happy with the Law Offices of Earl Carter. After getting a Disorderly Conduct case the attorney argued with the District Attorney that there was no means for the filing of the case and got my case dismissed. I am very grateful with this office I am in the military and a Misdemeanor or Felony charge could of affected me a lot
