I was charged with assault after a misunderstanding with my next door neighbor. He came at me I defended my self and pushed him back. I never hit him, all I did was push him away when he came at me. When I pushed him he lost his balance and hurt his head. His wife called the cops and had me arrested. My girlfriend posted my bail as soon as she could and we began searching for a lawyer. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ATTORNEYS EVER, KIND AND CHARMIND AT FIRST, BUT THEY CHANGED THAT TUNE AND TREATED ME LIKE TRASH. I WAS FACING SERIOUS CHARGES AND THIS LAW OFFICE OFFERED ME A LOT. I SHOULD HAVE KNOW IT WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET AN EXPERIENCED LAWYER, BUT GOT A YOUNG KID WHO DIDNT CARE ABOUT ME, ALL MY COMPLAINS ABOUT HIM WERE IGNORED. I WONT TAKE THIS AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU! THIS PLACE CANT KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH THIS.
Earl Carter's offices are filled with extremely negative people. They will put you down and attack you in order to manipulate you into making them more money. It wasn't until I met another lawyer and told him about my situation that I saw everything Clearly. Earl Carter managed to take all my money while somehow providing no services. Our payment plan was made out so I would make a payment every two weeks, the only time they called me was to tell me it was late. Earl Carter and his staff are the most unprofessional lawyers I have ever met, Instead of giving me the attention I deserved, they would do everything they could to get out of answering my questions or giving me any real advice. Their conduct during my court appearances should be described as lazy and incompetent. Earl Carter is a crook, he will take your money knowing you have no recourse and his lawyers will do close to nothing. Don't trust anything they say, stay away from this law offices.
THE WORST LAWYERS EVER! I AM TIRED OF LAWYER WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE LITTLE GUY. I CAME TO EARL CARTER IN A TIME OF NEED AND HE JUST TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME. EARL CARTER SHOULD NO LONGE BE ALLLOWED TO OPERATE. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THESE PROBLEMS WITH HIM? IF THEY HAVE STAND UP AND TELL US WHAT HAPPENED. thee reviews do not reflect my experience with this law office at all. They were unresponsive unorganized and horrible to me. I was never given any attention and neither was my case. I spent hours trying to contact anyone at the office, the few times I was able to actually speak to someone instead of leaving a message I was left on hold. I left more than 10 messages and was never returned a call. a random lawyer showed up at my court date looking for me. he showed up after I had entered a plea. WOW!!! – they're ok I guess...I was a little disappointed that they wouldn't fight my case a little longer.
Did the best job they could – I would recommend your office, the attorney were very nice and knew what they were doing. They did the best job they could do.
Didn't expect a whole dismissal (thank you) – The Law Offices of Earl Carter got me dismissal on my speeding traffic citation I was expecting a coasting charge with minimal fine. Didn't expect a whole dismissal of case.... Thank You
