I was charged with assault after a misunderstanding with my next door neighbor. He came at me I defended my self and pushed him back. I never hit him, all I did was push him away when he came at me. THE WORST LAWYERS EVER! I AM TIRED OF LAWYER WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE LITTLE GUY. I CAME TO EARL CARTER IN A TIME OF NEED AND HE JUST TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME. EARL CARTER SHOULD NO LONGE BE ALLLOWED TO OPERATE. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THESE PROBLEMS WITH HIM? IF THEY HAVE STAND UP AND TELL US WHAT HAPPENED. EARLC ARTER IS JUST TRYING TO TAKE OUR MONEY AND LEAVE US WITH NOTHING WHILE OFFERING US NO HLEP OR REPRESENTATION, DON;T LET THIS GO ON ANY LONGER.

I was arrested for a ridiculous charge of trespassing and false ID to a cop. My attorney was able to dismiss the trespassing charge and was able to get a fine of which I am able to make payments on. I never had to go to court, I never missed a day of work. They worked around my schedule and were very helpful in every aspect of my case. I would definitely recommend their services to a friend.

My mother in law and I retained the Law Office of Earl Carter when my husband was arrested. Right from the start we were contacted by someone in the Investigation Department. The Private Investigator was addressed all our concerns and answered any questions. He was always available to speak with us and we ever felt rushed.

The Law Offices of Earl Carter got me dismissal on my ticket – The Law Offices of Earl Carter got me dismissal on my speeding traffic citation I was expecting a coasting charge with minimal fine. Didn't expect a whole dismissal of case.... Thank You

I retained the Law of Earl Carter when my son was arrested. My main concern was for someone to go visit him in jail as soon as possible. That same day I was contacted by someone in the Investigation Department advising me that they were on there way to see him and would contact me once it was done. They made me feel at ease at time when I felt frustrated and helpless.
