I HAD THE BEST ATTORNEY – ON THE 2ND DUI, MY ATTORNEY WAS ABLE TO KEEP MY LICENSE.
My attorney won the DMV hearing – On the my 2nd driving under the influence case with an alcohol level of .14% .11% my attorney won the DMV hearing.
WITH AN ALCOHOL LEVEL OF .19%, MY ATTORNEY WAS ABLE TO WIN MY DMV HEARING.

My attorney won the APS hearing – This was my first driving under the influence with the alcohol level of .17%, the attorney was able to win the APS hearing.
I was arrested in October 2009 because I was driving around in a truck that had some stolen property in it. I had no idea it was stolen, but of course the DA did not believe me and I was charged with possession of stolen property.
