I was referred to this law office by another attorney. I called and was transferred to the secretary she was extremely rude did not listen to anything I had to say I then asked her if she was listening to anything I was saying she replied with a rude remark .I then asked her if there was someone else there that I could speak to and she hung up on me. I called back 3 times and she kept hanging up on me .I finally got through and I asked why she kept hanging up on me and she said they could not help me and to go somewhere else... read more

Don't waste your time! After doing some research Dr. Fagel looked pretty professional on his website...but that's where the 'professionalism' ended! I filled out their mini questionnaire on their website and didn't get a response till 2 days later. When I responded to the email with a few questions I had I NEVER got a response. That should've been a red flag that they didn't care too much to help me. Now, giving them the benefit of the doubt 4 days later I decided to call them and get some info about my potential case. I called Dr. BRUCE Fagel office and a lady answered and said one minute. 15 minutes later I hung up called back and she answered again i quickly ask for her name she said, Heidi. Ok HEIDI i ask if I could speak with some one about my case, she said whats your number i gave it and she said a reviewer would call me, I ask if it would be this week HEIDI replied yes and wanted to hang up. For the love of God HEIDI do you care to even ask my name, she replied oh yea "WHY NOT". Really his reviews and background is great his staff ... read more
