Very unprofessional! I was on the phone talking to the person to tell them about the story and if they can accept it. They kept cutting me off and not listening. They didn't even let me finish. I am very very disappointed!!!! If I could give a 0 rating I would.

If I could give a 0 I would this place was so cold on the phone, rude, unprofessional & not helpful at all. Even if you have the kind of case everyone wants don't go here! I rarely give reviews so for me to spend the time saying this I'm serious. I left the call so discouraged
Misleading and disrespectful to patient/clients needs. They act only based on their ego and financial needs. Accepted our child birth injury case, misguided us to dropping part of our lawsuit with the fake assurance that they were filling on date our case. They have lost the dates and because of that they, after living to us for almost 2 years that they were acting on our behalf, they decided to drop our case for no reason. Spent 20 minutes hearing my case only to tell me they’re not taking any new cases, seems like they could have said that before wasting my time. I wouldn’t work with anyone that lies like that, and the staff was rude as well putting me on hold over and over again while in the middle of a conversation.
