If I could give a 0 I would this place was so cold on the phone, rude, unprofessional & not helpful at all. Even if you have the kind of case everyone wants don't go here! I rarely give reviews so for me to spend the time saying this I'm serious. I left the call so discouraged
Misleading and disrespectful to patient/clients needs. They act only based on their ego and financial needs. Accepted our child birth injury case, misguided us to dropping part of our lawsuit with the fake assurance that they were filling on date our case. They have lost the dates and because of that they, after living to us for almost 2 years that they were acting on our behalf, they decided to drop our case for no reason. Spent 20 minutes hearing my case only to tell me they’re not taking any new cases, seems like they could have said that before wasting my time. I wouldn’t work with anyone that lies like that, and the staff was rude as well putting me on hold over and over again while in the middle of a conversation.
Five years, I’d been taking and paying for the wrong medication. Five years! And it’s caused untold amounts of damage to my physical health and wellbeing. You best believe I looked for a lawyer the minute another doctor flagged the problem. Piece of advice, get you some lawyers who have seen it all and know how to handle a case like this.
