This office is outstanding. Everyone has been so friendly and professional. Answered all questions and concerns. Returned my calls promptly. My thanks to Donna and her entire staff. I highly recommend this office.
The first receptionist I spoke with at the Middletown office was rude. She transferred me straight to an attorney without giving the attorney full details of my call. The attorney that answered however, was pleasant. She couldn't understand why the call was transferred to her and she was clearly driving with her GPS on in the background. I had a great experience with James and Kristine! They were always very helpful, very thorough and thoughtful. They kept me in the loop about everything that was going on. They always answered any questions I had and never left me. I was always able to leave a conversation or the office after speaking with them with a great understanding of what was going on.
