Just a lack of effort. A bare minimum experience with lackluster details, declining efforts after they received payment, and mistakes swept under the rug. I never spoke to the same person twice. Would not use them again. I forgot to add incompetent. They never read my file and saw I am in a different time zone. The only times they would call, would be at 6am and I would miss the call
