I agree with another poster they disappeared. I attempted using email, phone calls, even facebook. Literally disappeared !
UPDATE: if you are having similar issues, please file a complaint with Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARDC). I filed my complaint on 7/20. Mr. Hands was given until 8/11 to respond and today on 8/12, he sent me my new deed from the county. It’s unfortunate this is what it took for him to do his job but glad I’ll never have to deal with him again. Visited the attorney in December of 2021 to file a quit claim deed. Paid him $300. He said he’d mail us the final document from the county once he received it. S... read more
