Paid the retainer and got the dna test I needed. Was awarded one day every other week with my daughter for 8 hours. Nothing after that. Was told i would have to pay 100% for mediation but never received a call back for that. Last time in court, even though everything was going great, got awarded no additional time with her. Seems to be at the mercy of opposing sides attorney. Forced to give up as the little time i had was doing nothing but confusing her, her brother, and her grandparents.
