Rude and screamed at my mother and myself for asking one simple question, what's going on.? He then proceeded to tell me I have no rights to know about my dad's probate case which I'm involved in btw and kicked us out. Not before he continued to belittle and scream at us all on camera . I will be reporting to the bar over this!
Mr. Smith recently represented me. When I first met him I was very distraught and unsure of my family’s future. He told me not to worry and leave it up to him and that’s just what I did. Every question I had was answered, I was never in the dark about anything. I can not say enough good things about him and all he’s done for my family. I will for sure be using him in the future if a situation ever arises
I would leave 0 stars if I could. Don’t waste your time with this guy. After months of suffering and grieving, my family needed an attorney for help settling an estate. When we called - all was well, he would help, etc. My parents arrived at the appointment and were expressing frustrations about experiences they have had with the funeral home and other processes, and Claude perceived everything as a personal attack towards him and kicked them out of his office and kept repeating “have a nice day” as if anyone could have a ni... read more
