Do not recommend this attorney by any means. She was unpleasant from the jump, but her focus is not on client care or needs and doubtful her skills would make up for asking way above market values for retainer. She quoted an exuberant retainer before hearing any details and the rest of the conversation had impressions of no matter how easy a case is she's going to take unreasonable payment.
I cannot recommend Caroline Ayers highly enough. Her responsiveness and unwavering support during a challenging period were outstanding. She was incredibly detailed in her explanations, ensuring I understood every step. I truly felt she had my best interests at heart, and her encouragement helped me achieve a positive outcome with my case being dropped.
