10/10 I would use Carolina again. She was more worried about helping me get a result than she was about how much work she had to do. Big law firms make you feel like a number, Carolina’s law office is big enough to get a good result and small enough that you can talk to her on the phone.
The lawyer returned my call on her vacation and I was really happy to see she was willing to help. I hired them to help with an accident and got much more then I expected since the insurance only wanted to give me $3,000. She got me 35000!
Carolina is excellent. She speaks English and Spanish, which made everything much easier for my Spanish-speaking family. Carolina is also very thorough, flexible, great communicating, and most importantly: she genuinely cares about her clients!
Good lawyer, great service! Carolina took her time to take my calls. I had hired another law firm but I had to fire them because they were unresponsive and only a paralegal talked to me. With Ms Nunez, I hired her when I saw she was very quick to respond and spoke to me personally. Thank you
