I had an “alleged” incident, and when police were involved talking arrests, I had no clue what to do. I knew a guy who was friends with Carlos, and reached out. I was charged with an aggravated DUI in November of 2013 and I was afraid of the consequences I was to face in the near future. Because it gives your case the sense of importance to where you know you're talking to a professional who's going to give you direction right away rather than calling other law firms where you get a secretary or a an operator and they listen to your case will tell you they will call you back and either forget about you or never return your call.
