Really didn't want to write this because it makes me mad to think of how badly Carl took advantage of me. Look at Ashley's review here. I had a similar experience. Carl is so unorganized it is pathetic. I made the mistake of not going into his office and paying the retainer after our phone conversation. Just visit his office.
