I had a new neighbor purchase an empty lot behind my house and the new owner informed us that he was cutting down the trees that are on 3/4 on our property without discussion and then blocked us on his Phone for further discussion. The tree removal was scheduled less than 7 days and another attorney we work close with recommended Shawn Jones and Matthew Mitchell.
