They are slow at getting the paperwork to you and claimed they could help with the selling of the estate. But it would take weeks for a return phone call and by that time the buyer would find something else. I made a bad deal because they did not get back with me in a timely manner. Then it was 6 weeks before I heard from them after the title company sent them paperwork. They did not finish filing all the paperwork needed to finalize the estate with the court but still charged me full price at the end.
