The law office of Brenton McWilliams was very helpful and created a Living Trust and explained it throughly to me. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help in estate planning.
Brent did an excellent job of explaining all the documents and covering for any uncommon/ unforseen circumstances.
It was a pleasure to work with Brent Helms in preparing our will. We had a good discussion beforehand what was needed, and a good explanation the day we signed the Will.

We meet with Brenton on 4/18/25 to discussion our best Tax advantage for our property in Alabama, because we live in another state. He was a wealth of knowledge and we walked away from our meeting with full acknowledgment of our next steps. He was not the least bit pushy to finish our meeting, even though we were not going to work directly with him in creation of our Trust.
