Very nice people but unfortunately not very helpful. There was a chevron case battles for years and I had actual sickness because of refinery explosion. Had to miss work . I should have just filed claims with chevron instead of gone with the office. I had to give them same information for about 7 years and in the end I got nothing. I paid about 3k in missing work and health care bills and thought a class action was better. These two attorneys took on CDCR 2010 represented four RNs, three of color and one white who ironically stepped forward charging the State of discrimination as a supervisor who witnessed the blatant verbal assaults against her fellow subordinates.
