Lacks confidence in the courtroom, she seems more afraid and nervous rather than confident and aggressive especially when it is necessary to be so and her defense strategies are, say the least, questionable. Closing argument in my opinion made the members of the jury hostile instead of creating empathy that would allow reasonable doubt in a juror's mind.
