Firstly, you have to call in for a phone appointment. Secondly, Bernardo will then tell you that if you met in person he could read your documents even though he could have easily asked you in advance to send documents via email. Everything is virtual these days so he shouldn't be complaining about that. Thirdly, even if you spend 5 to 10 minutes with him he's going to charge you the full rate.
