Ben was informative, talkative even- he repeated things. I’m giving 3/5 because i paid for a 30 min consult (which was about $50), and they were supposed to call me but they did not. After about 10mins after my appt time, i ended up just calling them. I was able to speak with them fairly quickly but who knows if my appointment would have ever happened if I didn’t call them.
