Honestly if I could give a rating of zero stars I would. The billing practices of Barber Emerson I believe are dishonest. We used them years ago to create our will and trust. Present day are getting ready to redo our wills and trust and but couldn't remember the name of our trust. Our financial advisor called his office to determine what type of trust we had and Barber Emerson charged us $60 to have a 5 minute phone call with our financial advisor and send a quick email saying we didn't have a full trust but simply a "testam... read more
Mrs Roberts took our money, took forever to respond, she did nothing to resolve any of the issues. After we asked where her report was, she rushed a response that did nothing to help any of the involved parties. We were left having to get help from elsewhere and pay them also.
Erin Lynch was professional, thorough, and responsive! She came highly recommended and did a great job.
