After hiring Atty Phillips I provided him my evidence a ledger, statements , payments,and he asked for 20k , My case was dismissed because judge said Atty Phillips didn't follow court rules, Also I got a letter dated April 26,2023 , from court appointed Trustee Atty Eric Lee Niemeyer stating atty Arnold T. Phillips died on February 9, 2023. So how is this # and office open?

I hired this attorney to help file a civil injunction and write a letter. He was non responsive caused delay in filing and after agreeing to take my case and I signed the contract he emailed me days later and said he changed his mind and never did the work he promised. I cannot recommend because of this lack of integrity.
