TERRIBLE customer service. I was referred to Iliana by another lawyer whom I trust very much. I called last week after hours and left a message with my name and phone number. I never received a call back so I reached out again on Monday and was notified that Iliana isn’t in the office in Mondays and the front desk lady asked to leave a phone number and message—which I did— and was told that she would call back on Tuesday. Muy servicial! Buenísimo para lograr existo. Carisimo muy caro. Pero muy rudo, sangrón, hasta déspota. Yo tuve que decirle: "no me gusta que me regañe como si usted fuera mi papá!" No me preparó bien para enfrentar al juez, el juez me hizo muchas preguntas que el abogado no me preparó. De 10 preguntas que me hizo el el juez solo con 2 el abogado me preparó. Gané el caso, pero repito muy fallida la preparación que me dió el abogado.
