We sold our old home & the buyer used this place. Ashley Funk was very unprofessional and lacked communication. She waited until less than 24 hours before our house closing to send all of the paperwork required to be signed and notarized for the settlement. This was the first time even hearing from their office regarding any type of paperwork. Would not recommend. They also lost the deed and did not inform us until nearly 6 months after the fact

Vance and his team are fantastic! They made selling our home as smooth as possible, even with us not being physically at the settlement. I would highly recommend them for any real estate transactions.
