I had a contractual issue with a vendor. I am a member of the legal service group ARAG. I reached out and they referred me to Attorney Howell. I contacted her office and explained my situation to her assistant. She told me she would have Ms Howell call me back. To my surprise, her assistant told me to email the contract and any other pertinent information I had. Mind you, at this point ARAG hadn’t even confirmed my membership.
