My man Steve. I should have the guy on a retainer with my track record but I'll tell you this: he works for you like Don Adams as the voice of Inspector Gadget, ("[he's] always on duty"). A dedicated advocate in the truest sense of the word, fighting for the rights of the consumer, the common man, the injured, the seemingly helpless. I hope to never have a reason to complain but if I do, Steve's the man for the job.
