I retained Sheyna for divorce and modification of some legal documents. Once I handed over the retainer money it turned into one of the most unprofessional relationship I've ever been in. Getting updates to my case was extremely problematic, some cases taking weeks to get a response. I would have to call multiple times leaving many messages. Only when I'd say I need to speak to someone or I'm terminated our agreement, then miraculously Sheyna would respond. Her communication with her clients is extremely poor. Never again!
I was referred to this firm for an update to my estate plan, and I truly appreciated their initial responsiveness. However, I found the number of follow-ups without any progress quite frustrating. It felt like there were many excuses, but not much action was taken. I reached out in May, and it’s been disheartening not to see any updates. I genuinely wanted this to work out, especially since their pricing seemed reasonable for my needs. I hope they can improve their communication, as I believe they have great potential.
I would like to give this firm 0 stars with the way the mismanaged the closing of my case to deliver a very simple small check. They kept taking my messages and not doing any substantial actions on my case for one full month playing phone tag. My case is still not resolved. And it was hell trying to get these people on even just a phone call. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS FIRM. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU IN LIMBO.
I gave retainer. She never responded to calls, text or emails, never returned my money and I did not win my case. Be careful with Sheyna, don’t give money upfront.
