Attorney was not fit for practice. There were times he called me under the influence, and he refused to operate as recommended in favorable situations. There’s attorneys that defend you, there’s attorneys that work with the state on your behalf, and attorneys who work for the state—unfortunately he’s one that does the latter. His aggressive nature doesn’t translate in the courtroom.
