He did not look over my case until the day of the hearing. He did NOT speak for me in court. All he did in court was interrogate me with questions, with refusal of any rehearsal beforehand. It was only my panicked, spontaneous, off-the-top-of-my-head responses that won my case and convinced the judge. In other words, he failed to do the basic requirements of his job by not speaking for me in court. Wouldn't that have been a better job for HIM as my legal representative and NOT for the person he's supposed to be representing?... read more
