Serena's lack of communication and attention to detail is awful not to mention her poor attitude towards her own clients. She is very unprofessional and will go on and on about her own personal buisness which includes not being able to retain a receptionist or assistant for long. This does not come as a surprise after working with her on a simple closing where I did all the leg work and she just signed off on me obtaining payment. The wrong address was provided to get the final water bill from her office, she forgot to cc me... read more
