I had a consultation with Attorney Lyon. He was professional, attentive, and walked me through different solutions to my issues.
While the initial outreach and follow up was good, I was pretty disappointed of how hard it was to schedule a follow up call. I waited for a zoom link that never arrived. After Sanger proposed some alternative times when I flagged this, I noted I was the one checking in to ask if we were still on. Frankly, that’s just unprofessional and an interesting impression to leave for a prospective client. It does not give me a peace of mind to work with a lawyer who is unavailable and unable to communicate transparently.
