Mr. Abbate represented me in a bankruptcy. Years later and I am still dealing with this issue. A creditor has a judgement against me, and I asked Mr. Abbate to assist me being in removing this judgment since he handled this case for me and he ghost me out. He doesn't return my calls or emails. My suggestion, unless you are looking to spend hours trying to fix something that should've been handled by your lawyer, find a better lawyer than Mr. Richard Abbate
